The Beaver Bat Company is now the official maple bat company of Cage 16, located in Bay Shore, New York.  Cage 16 just had their grand opening in December and is owned by a group that includes two active members of the Long Island Ducks organization.  Ray Navarrete (2009 Atlantic League MVP) and Lou Ford (former Minnesota Twin) headline an experienced staff that also includes the Ducks hitting coach Jay Loviglio.  In addition to the indoor facility, Cage 16 offers a huge outdoor training facility and may soon be the official off-season training location for the LI Ducks.
